How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks for most events; a month or more for weddings and anything over 150 guests.
Do you travel?
Anywhere within about three hours of the pit house. Longer hauls get a travel line added to the quote.
What about dietary needs?
Gluten-free is easy — most of the pit is naturally GF. Tell us about vegetarian counts and we'll build around them.
When is the balance due?
The 50% deposit holds your date; the rest is settled on event day.
